Welcome to Northwood Courtside

Movie Night – April 27th at the park by the pool. Enjoy pizza, churros and popcorn with friends and family and enjoy the show. The movie will be The Incredibles.

First Annual Picnic – May 4th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the park. Sandwiches will be provided, but please RSVP so that enough food is provided. Please bring your own blanket and or chairs, beverages and cups. RSVP by April 19th at ncsocialcomm@gmail.com.

Empire Works has been contracted to repair the pool deck. The pool will be closed beginning on April 9th for approximately three to four weeks, weather permitting and subject to change.

As a friendly reminder, holiday decorations are required to be removed by January 15th. If you have not already done so, please remove your holiday decorations.

The association is utilizing email blast to provide community updates. If you are not receiving emails from Northwood Courtside, please log in to your account and provide your email. If your property is rented, you can provide your tenant’s email and they will also receive the updates.

Tree Trimming will take place in late December or January. Once the date has been set an email blast will be sent to update the community.
