We are having a problem with the usage of the spa. Residents are turning off the spa with the emergency switch. PLEASE DO NOT use the emergency switch to turn off the jets. The emergency switch is for emergencies only. When using the switch, it turns off the entire system and results in a service visit from the pool company. This increases the cost of the pool maintenance and the usage and cost of gas. The jets are on a timer and will turn off automatically.

We all know that water is a limited resource. If you haven’t already, you may want to consider removing turf and installing drought tolerant landscape. If you decide to make a change, be sure to submit an architectural application to obtain approval first.

Summer is a great time to get those home improvement projects done. Please take a look at the exterior of your home and consider completing any maintenance needed. Some of the homes in the community can use a fresh coat of paint. Please remember to complete an architectural application for approval prior to making any changes.
