The major renovations of the Northwood Courtside pool including replastering of the pool and spa, new pool deck and general sprucing up is completed. The pool will be open starting April 1st and the pool heat will also be turned on April 1st.

Please come by and check out the pool renovations and enjoy.

Northwood Courtside is sponsoring the annual Movie at the Park event. This year the movie will be PETER RABBIT – a family friendly movie.

The event along with food from The Taco Man with all you can eat tacos with many delicious options from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The movie will start at dusk.

Movie Night will be located at the picnic area adjacent to the pool.

Don’t forget to bring blankets and lawn chairs!

Don’t miss dinner, games, giveaways and a visit from local Police and Fire authorities with the movie presentation starting at dusk.

The budget will be mailed out this week to all owners. Please take a moment and read through the document.
