The annual meeting and election of the Board of Directors has been adjourned to November 5, 2019 due to lack of quorum. The community is only 10 votes away from reaching quorum.

Please return your ballot to Action Property Management as soon as possible. If you need a new ballot, contact Action to have a new one mailed to you.

When a community does not reach quorum, the attorney for the association is required to review the situation and draft a resolution to close the meeting. This will be at a cost to the association, which will potentially cause an increase in assessments.

Please help your community by returning your ballot.

The Northwood Courtside Stingrays will be using the Northwood Courtside Pool for weekly practice and one Time Trial:

Northwood Courtside is sponsoring the annual Movie at the Park event. This year’s the movie is DUMBO – a family friendly movie.

The Taco Man will provide guests with all you can eat tacos, and many delicious options between 6:30 and 8:00 PM. The movie will start at dusk.

Movie Night will be in the picnic area adjacent to the pool.

Don’t forget to bring blankets and lawn chairs, and don’t miss dinner, games, giveaways and a visit from Irvine Police and Fire Departments!
