Annual Election
Homeowners will receive a ballot for the annual election to the Board of Directors in early August. Please keep an eye out for the ballot and complete and return it once you receive it.

The Pool is Open
The work on the pool deck is complete and the pool is now open.
Community Events!
Movie Night – April 27th at the park by the pool. Enjoy pizza, churros and popcorn with friends and family and enjoy the show. The movie will be The Incredibles.
First Annual Picnic – May 4th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the park. Sandwiches will be provided, but please RSVP so that enough food is provided. Please bring your own blanket and or chairs, beverages and cups. RSVP by April 19th at ncsocialcomm@gmail.com.
Pool Closure
Empire Works has been contracted to repair the pool deck. The pool will be closed beginning on April 9th for approximately three to four weeks, weather permitting and subject to change.
