Summer is a great time to perform maintenance painting. Please be reminded that homeowners must submit an Architectural Application to seek approval prior to painting.

If you would like to use the same paint colors, you must have a copy of your prior approval letter and submit it with the Architectural Information Only form.

If you do not have a copy of your approval letter or you would like to change colors, review the approved colors schemes and submit an Architectural Application for approval.

Approved color schemes and the forms can be found on the resident portal.

The board approved a contract to update the fitness equipment in the parkways. All new and modern workout equipment will be installed at four locations in the community. Work will begin later this year.

Summer is a great time to get those home improvement projects done. Take a look at the exterior of your home to see if it could use some TLC. Please remember any exterior modifications require approval from the association. This includes repainting your home in the same color. The architectural application and guidelines can be found on the resident portal at resident.actionlife.com.
