The board approved a contract to update the fitness equipment in the parkways. All new and modern workout equipment will be installed at four locations in the community. Work will begin later this year.

Summer is a great time to get those home improvement projects done. Take a look at the exterior of your home to see if it could use some TLC. Please remember any exterior modifications require approval from the association. This includes repainting your home in the same color.
